About RelayVera

Channel-focused ICT supply built for procurement reality.

Business Communication and Procurement

RelayVera supports channel partners with genuine infrastructure supply, practical quotation work, and delivery follow-through that matches the reality of enterprise projects.

This page covers who RelayVera is, what we supply, and how we support channel partners in enterprise ICT procurement.

Who we are

RelayVera is a platform focused on channel‑led ICT supply. We help partners source enterprise infrastructure efficiently across multiple markets.

What makes the model credible

Channel-first by design

At RelayVera, we empower resellers and system integrators - we don't compete with them. Our pricing, technical support, and platform are all built for channel partners. We never sell directly to end‑users or engage in activities that conflict with your business. Instead, we offer flexible quoting, project‑based coordination, and confidential deal registration to help you win. With RelayVera, you gain a behind‑the‑scenes ally focused on your growth - not your market share.

Commercially practical

We believe credibility comes from transparency, not hype. Our track record speaks through real metrics: 300+ enterprise customers, 4,000+ active SKUs, operations across 40+ countries and regions, and support coverage across 10+ time zones.

For general inquiries, we commit to a 3‑business‑day quotation response - not as a slogan, but as a measurable service standard. We don’t borrow scale from ecosystem claims; we demonstrate reliability through consistent, documented execution that aligns with how international ICT trade actually works.

Execution-oriented

The strongest brand promise is one that's kept-consistently. At RelayVera, we build our reputation on four core pillars:

  • Genuine products sourced through authorized channels
  • Realistic availability guidance with clear lead times
  • Dependable quotation support backed by technical validation
  • Fulfillment that respects your project timelines

In B2B ICT, even small delays or inaccuracies have a cascading impact. That's why we prioritize precision over speed, clarity over assumptions, and partnership over transactions. When timing matters, execution is everything.

What we supply

RelayVera supports enterprise infrastructure across networking, security, wireless, servers, storage, and voice solutions - broad enough for multi‑category sourcing, yet focused on core ICT infrastructure rather than generic electronics.

Our product portfolio includes brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE, xFusion, BlueCat, Ninton, and others.

Why We Don’t Offer Online Checkout

At RelayVera, we serve B2B channel partners - resellers and system integrators - not direct consumers. Enterprise procurement involves formal quoting, purchase orders, contract terms, and cross-border logistics. These complexities cannot be handled through a standard shopping cart.

We choose a model built for how B2B actually works:

  • B2B payment structure: We settle transactions via wire transfer (T/T) and, in select regions, support local currency invoicing to reduce transaction fees. Credit card and PayPal - common in B2C - carry higher costs that would erode margins for both sides. We prioritize payment methods that protect your profitability. However, if you require PayPal, Stripe, or a similar payment service, please contact us. We are happy to discuss sharing the transaction fees on a discretionary basis to accommodate your needs while still safeguarding your margins.
  • Accurate, project‑based pricing: ICT hardware prices fluctuate frequently - a reality that has been especially pronounced throughout 2025 and 2026 as severe price volatility continues to impact the entire IT supply chain. Static online pricing would quickly become outdated under these conditions. Instead, we provide real‑time, project‑based quotations, ensuring you receive accurate, commercially valid pricing when it matters most.
  • Reliable inventory visibility: Our inventory is shared with our parent company under strict security and compliance protocols, preventing real‑time public synchronization. We validate availability manually with each inquiry, guaranteeing that quoted products are genuinely deliverable - not a speculative inventory snapshot.
  • Complexity requires expertise: Enterprise orders often involve mixed SKUs, tiered volume pricing, phased shipments, Incoterms, and compliance documentation (e.g., customs declarations, export control). These require hands‑on coordination - something no automated checkout can support.

How you work with us

Requirement review

When you submit a project inquiry, we evaluate it with context - not just log a request. Provide your target models, quantities, destination country, and project timeline, and our team will conduct a consolidated review covering availability, compatibility, and logistics feasibility.

We ask the critical questions upfront:

  • Single deployment or phased rollout?
  • Import restrictions or certification requirements in the destination market?
  • Need for mixed‑SKU consolidation?

This upfront diligence prevents downstream delays and ensures your quotation is built for real‑world execution, not just catalog accuracy.

Quotation support

You deserve a quotation that works as a practical commercial tool - not a generic price list. Our sales engineers transform your requirements into a structured proposal covering:

  • Verified product availability
  • Realistic lead times
  • Incoterms‑aligned pricing (FOB Hong Kong by default)
  • Optional alternatives for constrained SKUs

We also surface potential variables upfront - such as firmware revisions, regional power specs, or license bundling rules - to eliminate surprises at order confirmation. For recurring partners, we offer volume‑tier pricing and project‑specific validity windows tailored to your bidding cycles.

Fulfillment follow-through

Once an order is confirmed, we move from quotation to execution mode - with your project schedule front and center. Our approach includes:

  • Coordinating with manufacturers and logistics partners to handle mixed availability
  • Shipping in‑stock items first, with proactive updates on backordered components
  • Supporting phased deployments by splitting shipments per milestone or destination warehouse
  • Providing consolidated documentation and tracking visibility throughout

We don’t just “ship and forget.” We monitor until goods clear customs and reach your designated handoff point - because in B2B ICT, on‑time delivery is part of the product.

Documentation support

Enterprise procurement doesn't end at shipment - it requires clean, compliant documentation to close internal loops. With every order, we provide:

  • Proforma/commercial invoices
  • Packing lists
  • Manufacturer warranty guides formatted for customs and finance teams

Need additional declarations or HS code guidance? Just ask. Post‑shipment, we remain available for warranty initiation, RMA coordination, and reorder planning. For us, documentation isn’t an afterthought - it’s a critical deliverable.
